I had a wonderful stay at Grand Mercure the Vintage. the room was well-appointed and spotless, featuring oversized bathtubs that added a touch of luxury. the hotel is conveniently located just off all the wineries, making it easy to explore the region. It's also a quick trip into Cessnock for supplies, gardens, and the beautifully challenging Greg Norman golf course. it was a fantastic experience!

We have stayed here for 3 nights and had a really great experience. The staff that checked us in was affable. Overall it was big and spotless, with an own bathroom. The location was marvellous and beautiful, in the Hunter Valley gardens, and the view was great, too. Thoroughly enjoyed that food was astonishing.

Enjoyed Christmas in this lovely accommodation which offered a fully equipped kitchen with everything we needed to cook our own meals. the location was great, close to the vineyards and restaurants in the area. the balcony was a plus, with beautiful views of the surroundings and perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine.
The beds were not the most comfortable, and the pillows were too soft for our liking, making it difficult to have a good night's sleep. We also wished there had been an option for a larger common area to hang out with friends and family, as the living room was a bit small for a group.

This location is great for anyone who wants to visit the Hunter Valley. It's very close to all the major wineries and it's easy to get around. the apartments are modern and stylish, with large balconies and well-equipped kitchens. the pool area is nice and well-maintained, and the views from the balconies are lovely.
The staff at this hotel are not very reliable. When we had an issue with the bathroom lights not working, we were promised immediate assistance, but no one came.

I loved the spacious and well-equipped apartment with two king size beds. The peaceful complex had two clean pools and a convenient lock-up garage. The location was very close to all the major areas in the hunter valley, making it ideal for winery tours, and the balcony offered a great view. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was delicious.
Nothing all excellent.

Spent four days in a spacious and stunning apartment with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The laundry was a godsend with the kids around and the lush gardens surrounding our private courtyard were just perfect for a morning cup of coffee. The location was fabulous - right in the heart of the Hunter with easy access to nearby attractions. The highlight has to be the amazing restaurant on site with the best steak. It was the perfect base for our anniversary getaway and we would definitely come back.
A few aspects weren't quite up to scratch. The food at the restaurant was pricey and disappointingly overcooked - especially the mushroom pasta that was burnt.
